We are happy to report that we received official notice from FEMA regarding the Flood Mapping. All buildings & common grounds within Colonial Hill Gardens Complex are removed or considered outside the flood plain. Fema has accepted our elevation certificates prepared by the Association Surveyor. This should alleviate any purchaser or unit owner or the Association from having to acquire flood insurance.
GEM Management's office can fax or email the letter of map amendments to any unit owners' banks or mortgage companies if requested.
