It has come to the boards attention  that some people are feeding stray cats in a few areas of the complex. In the past we have asked everyone not to do this as it will bring other cats to the complex as well as other wild animals such as skunks, rats, and bears.

 

Anyone caught leaving food outside in any way will be fined $25 per offense. Those who are found to be repeating this will see the fines escalated to $50 and then $100.
